On the afternoon of December 17, 2025, Tir Yun, Deputy Director General for Finance, representing Dr. Hay Ly Eang, Chairman of the Kinal Foundation, delivered a large consignment of food and medicine to His Excellency Sreng Hong, Deputy Governor of Battambang Province, via Nut Sovann. The donations included palm sugar cashew nuts (150g), Kampot pepper cashew nuts (150g), Kompong Speu palm sugar in jars (1kg), ground palm sugar (200g), Thnot dried mango rolls with spirulina (200g), and Thnotala in jars (200g), totaling 1,502 packages and jars, as well as PPM medicines – Meperine 10mg, Polyvit ADEC, and Pyrantox 250mg – representing 82 boxes and bottles.
